Yes, finally Paul got the part about fine balance and timing of the leg separation correct.

Take a look at the very first practice at the beginning of the clip. That is the minimum standard required for the performance of the Beginning Posture from the 1st Section of the Yang 108 form in TaijiKinesis.


The raising and lowering of the hands have also improved a lot. The control, timing and balance of quietness and movement is there. I can only say keep up the good practice Paul!

The next part of the journey is to move on to the study of Grasp Sparrow’s Tail………..
