Another Overlooked Vital Principle

Page 129, TaijiKinesis Vol 2 has a vital principle that is easily overlooked because it doesn’t look like its important.

However, after I reveal its significance last night to my student I wonder if he will now re-examine every other innocuous seemingly unimportant movement.

If you can do this thingy on page 129 you can easily duplicate Point No. 1 shown and mentioned on page 66 & 67 in Grandmaster Chu Shong Tin’s The Book of Wing Chun, Vol 1. Our Tai Chi difference is that we use the 5-Count principle in tandem with this principle to generate a solid wall type of power.
