Pressure Training 3

The idea for pressure training in this video is simple – I will keep moving forward and eating into my student’s space and he has to deal with it using good structure, techniques, reaction, timing, angling, etc.

He can react anyway he likes. There is no restriction. Its a good way to find out what he can get away with under pressure at that range.
