Pressure Training

Yesterday was Singapore’s 49th National Day. Training began by focusing on pressure and use of body movements to unbalance each other.

The focus was on the use of Rollback and the transition movement between Kao and White Crane Spreads Wings to neutralize pressure on our structure. We practiced on a slower speed so that we can give each other time to observe what is happening, react and apply stronger pressure.
