Stealing Space

Surreptitiously stealing the opponent’s space by taking half steps is a common push hands tactic. I am illustrating a few ways to steal my student’s space by combining the tactic of stealing space with the use of hand techniques to control his upper body’s space and available options to react.

If he tries to fight back then I will hold my position and kill off his techniques as they come whilst getting my responses into place.
